Section 1

Executive Summary

8VEST is a blockchain-powered crowdlending platform that connects creditworthy businesses seeking growth capital with individual and institutional investors seeking above-market fixed returns. Operating under the umbrella of Infinite Investments AG — a Swiss-based financial services group with extensive experience in structured lending and due diligence — 8VEST brings institutional discipline to decentralized finance.

The platform operates on a simple premise: businesses with verified assets and provable cash flows can access affordable funding; investors can earn transparent, fixed annual returns of between 8% and 20% APR, secured by real-world collateral and governed by smart contracts on the Base blockchain.

Who It Is For

Investors

Individuals and institutions seeking fixed-yield alternatives to volatile crypto markets. Returns are defined upfront, collateral is real, and the process is fully transparent on-chain.

Borrowers

Registered businesses in Europe, the Americas, and Asia with verifiable financials and collateral, seeking fast and transparent access to working capital without traditional banking friction.

Key Value Proposition

  • Fixed APR returns of 8%–20% backed by real collateral — not algorithmic speculation
  • 40-point due diligence on every borrower before listing
  • Smart-contract-enforced repayment schedules for full transparency
  • Global investor access: invest in USD stablecoins (USDC) from any country
  • Low minimum investment threshold — participate from $100 USDC
  • Native 8VST token rewards: earn an additional 6% bonus on every investment

Section 2

Platform Overview

8VEST is a primary-market crowdlending platform. Unlike secondary-market crypto exchanges where you trade tokens with other users, 8VEST operates as a direct lending marketplace: investors fund real business loans, and returns come from real borrower interest payments — not from token price speculation.

Core Mechanism

Each project listed on 8VEST represents a single business loan. A borrower applies, undergoes verification, receives a risk rating, and is listed with a defined loan amount, APR, duration, and collateral profile. Investors then fund the loan collectively in USDC. Once the funding target is reached, capital is disbursed to the borrower, and repayments flow back to investors on the agreed schedule.

Key Participants

Investors

Deposit USDC, browse verified projects, and invest any amount above the project minimum. They receive scheduled returns and principal repayment at loan maturity.

Borrowers

Businesses that apply for funding, submit full documentation, pass due diligence, and list their loan request on the marketplace. They repay with interest on the agreed schedule.

Platform Admin / Verification Team

The internal team that reviews borrower applications, conducts 40-point due diligence, assigns risk ratings (A / B+ / B), sets loan terms, and approves or rejects listings.

Smart Contracts

On-chain programs that enforce funding rules, hold escrow during the funding period, and automate repayment distribution to investors. Audited by CertiK and Cyberscope.

Blockchain & Technology

All transactions are recorded on the Base blockchain (an Ethereum L2), providing full on-chain transparency. Investors interact through a web interface — no advanced crypto knowledge is required. The platform also issues the 8VST utility token on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) as a reward instrument for active investors.

Section 3

How It Works — End-to-End Flow

Investor Flow

1

Create an Account

Register at 8vests.group using your email address. Complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued ID and proof of address. KYC is processed within 24 business hours.

2

Deposit Funds

Connect your crypto wallet (MetaMask or WalletConnect) and deposit USDC into your platform account. Your balance is reflected in your dashboard immediately upon blockchain confirmation.

3

Browse Projects

Explore the primary market. Each listing shows the borrower's country, industry, loan amount, APR, duration, risk rating (A / B+ / B), collateral type, and funding progress.

4

Invest

Select a project and enter your investment amount (minimum $100 USDC). Confirm the transaction — your funds are locked into the smart contract escrow for that specific loan.

5

Earn Returns

Interest accrues daily from the loan start date. Depending on the repayment schedule (monthly or quarterly), interest and/or principal is returned to your dashboard balance at each payment date.

6

Withdraw

Withdraw your available balance at any time to your connected wallet. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Note: funds locked in active investments are not available until repayment dates.

Borrower Flow

1

Submit Application

Complete the Borrower Application Form (see Section 13). Provide full company details, financials, loan purpose, and collateral documentation.

2

Document Review

The 8VEST verification team reviews your submission within 5–10 business days. You may be contacted for additional information or clarification.

3

Due Diligence & Risk Scoring

Your business undergoes a 40-point assessment covering financial health, operational viability, market position, collateral quality, and legal standing. A risk rating (A / B+ / B) is assigned.

4

Loan Terms Issued

If approved, the verification team issues final loan terms: amount, APR, duration, repayment schedule, and required collateral registration. You review and sign the loan agreement.

5

Project Listed

Your loan is listed on the 8VEST marketplace. Investors can view your project profile (without sensitive financials) and fund it over the listing period (typically 30–60 days).

6

Funding & Disbursement

Once the funding target is reached, capital is disbursed to your business account after collateral registration is confirmed. If the target is not reached, all investor funds are returned.

7

Repayment

You repay principal and interest according to the agreed schedule directly through the platform. Payments are automatically distributed to investors via smart contract.

Section 4

Investor Section

How Investors Make Money

Investors earn returns through fixed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) interest, set at the time of loan origination. The APR is agreed between the platform and the borrower based on the risk profile and loan terms. Interest accrues daily from the loan start date.

Additionally, investors receive a 6% 8VST token bonus on every investment through the Proof of Loan system. These tokens are distributed progressively over 10 months and represent additional upside beyond the base APR.

How Returns Are Calculated

Daily Interest Formula

Daily Earnings = (Investment Amount × APR%) ÷ 365

Example — $5,000 at 14% APR for 12 months

PeriodEarningsCalculation
Daily$1.92 USDC5,000 × 0.14 ÷ 365
Monthly$58.33 USDC$1.92 × 30.44
12 Months Total Interest$700.00 USDC5,000 × 14%
Total Return (Principal + Interest)$5,700.00 USDC

Lock Periods & Liquidity

Each loan has a defined duration (typically 6–24 months). Funds invested into a specific project are locked for the duration of that loan — there is no secondary market for selling your position early. Investors should only commit capital they do not require for liquidity during the loan term.

Repayment schedules vary by project. Monthly-schedule loans return a portion of interest (and sometimes principal) each month, providing partial liquidity. Bullet loans return the full principal at maturity. The payment schedule is clearly displayed before investment.

⚠️ Risk Disclosure — Investors Must Read

Investing on 8VEST involves financial risk. The following risks must be understood before investing.

Default Risk

A borrower may fail to repay their loan. In the event of a default, the platform will initiate collateral recovery proceedings. However, recovery is not guaranteed, and investors may lose part or all of their invested capital.

Smart Contract Risk

Although smart contracts are audited by CertiK and Cyberscope, no software is entirely free from vulnerabilities. Exploits or bugs could result in loss of funds.

Market / Liquidity Risk

USDC and other stablecoins are subject to de-pegging risk. Additionally, collateral assets may be illiquid or decline in value, affecting recovery amounts.

Regulatory Risk

Changes in crypto or lending regulations in relevant jurisdictions may affect platform operations, investor access, or fund repatriation.

Platform Operational Risk

Technology failures, cyberattacks, or changes in platform management could disrupt operations.

⚠ No Guaranteed Returns: Past performance does not guarantee future results. 8VEST does not provide financial advice. All investment decisions are made at the investor's own risk. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

Section 5

Borrower Section

What 8VEST Offers Borrowers

8VEST provides access to growth capital funded by a global community of investors — without the friction, opacity, or exclusivity of traditional bank lending. Loan decisions are based on verifiable business performance and asset quality, not credit scores alone.

  • Loan amounts from $20,000 to $500,000 USDC
  • Fixed APR negotiated based on risk rating (platform retains a 3% fee on successfully raised pools)
  • Flexible durations from 6 to 24 months
  • Transparent listing — investors see your business profile, not your private financials
  • Fast process — decision within 10 business days of complete application

Borrower Obligations

Borrowers who list on 8VEST enter into a binding loan agreement and accept the following obligations:

Provide accurate and complete documentation — any misrepresentation results in immediate rejection and potential legal action
Register and maintain agreed collateral throughout the loan term
Make repayments in full and on time per the agreed schedule
Notify the platform immediately of any material change to business operations, financial position, or collateral status
Cooperate with periodic monitoring checks during the loan term
Not encumber or dispose of pledged collateral without prior written platform consent

⚠️ Risks to Borrowers

Default Penalties

Failure to repay triggers collateral enforcement. The platform will pursue legal recovery of pledged assets. This may include court proceedings in the borrower's jurisdiction.

Reputational Impact

Defaulted loans are recorded and may affect the borrower's ability to access future funding through the platform or affiliated partners.

Funding Risk

If the loan does not reach its funding target within the listing period, it is cancelled and no funds are disbursed. The borrower may re-apply.

Transparency Obligations

Borrowers consent to having their business overview (sector, country, loan purpose, collateral type) published publicly on the marketplace.

Section 6

Borrower Qualification Criteria

8VEST only lists businesses that pass its verification standards. The following criteria define the minimum requirements for consideration. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee approval — final decisions are made by the verification team.

Section 8

Investment Structure

Loan Parameters

Loan Currency
USDC (USD Coin) — a regulated, fully-backed stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar
Loan Duration
6 to 24 months, fixed at listing
APR Range
8% to 20% per annum, depending on risk rating and loan term
Repayment Types
Monthly (interest + principal); Quarterly (interest only, bullet principal); Bullet (full repayment at maturity)
Minimum Raise
Each project has a defined minimum funding target — if not met, the loan is cancelled and investor funds returned
Maximum Raise
Capped at the listed target amount — no over-funding
Minimum Investment
$100 USDC per project
Maximum Investment
Varies by project — typically capped at 20% of the target to ensure diversification

Investor Participation Rules

  • KYC verification must be completed before any investment
  • Investors may participate in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Once invested, funds cannot be withdrawn until the repayment schedule provides liquidity
  • Investors receive pro-rata returns based on their share of the funded amount
  • If a project does not reach its funding target, all committed funds are returned within 48 hours
  • Interest begins accruing from the official loan start date (not the investment date)

Section 9

Returns Calculation & Examples

Formula

Daily Interest = Principal × (APR ÷ 100) ÷ 365

Monthly Return = Daily Interest × 30.44

Total Interest = Principal × (APR ÷ 100) × (Months ÷ 12)

Total Return = Principal + Total Interest

Note: Simple interest only — no compounding within a single loan. Compounding occurs naturally by reinvesting returns into new projects.

Borrower Success Fee
3% of the total funded amount, deducted at disbursement. Only charged if the funding target is fully met.
Early Repayment
Borrowers may repay early. A partial early repayment fee may apply — stated in the individual loan agreement.
USDC Withdrawal
No platform withdrawal fee. Standard blockchain gas fees apply for on-chain transactions.
KYC Processing
Free for all users.

All fee structures are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current fees are always displayed on the platform before confirmation of any transaction.

Section 11

Security & Trust

Smart Contract Security

All investment and repayment flows are governed by audited smart contracts deployed on the Base blockchain (Ethereum L2). Smart contracts are immutable once deployed — funds cannot be redirected or accessed outside the defined rules. Contracts have been independently audited by CertiK and Cyberscope, two of the leading blockchain security firms globally. Audit reports are publicly available.

Fund Custody

Investor USDC deposits are held in smart contract escrow — not in platform-controlled wallets. During the funding period, funds are locked in the project smart contract. Upon successful funding, capital is released to the borrower. Repayments are received into the smart contract and distributed pro-rata to investors automatically.

KYC / AML Compliance

User identity verification is powered by Sumsub, a regulated identity verification provider. All users must pass KYC before investing or withdrawing. Borrowers undergo enhanced due diligence including AML screening against FATF, OFAC, and EU sanctions lists.

Data & Privacy

8VEST complies with applicable data protection regulations. User financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Borrower sensitive financials are never published publicly — only anonymised business profiles are visible to investors.

Collateral Management

Collateral is registered and held by Infinite Investments AG (Switzerland) as the designated collateral custodian. Periodic checks are performed throughout the loan term to confirm collateral value and condition. In the event of default, the collateral recovery process is initiated immediately under the applicable legal framework.
